Why eReferral exists. One handoff, one record.

A specialist referral is a handoff between two practices about one patient. The referring office knows the history and holds the films. The specialist needs both to triage, schedule and treat. The patient wants to know what happens next.

eReferral gives that handoff one place to live. The referral is a single record: the case details, the radiographs and CBCT, the urgency, the appointment, the messages between offices and, at the end, the specialist’s report. Each person sees it from their own side, and nobody works from a copy.

Built, running, in pilot.

eReferral is in pilot. The referral flow, imaging, triage, tracking, reports and every safeguard on the security page are built and running.

What we hold to.

Three principles decide what goes into the product and what stays out.

Privacy by defaultProtection is on before anyone asks

Patient identifiers and files are encrypted at rest, every case view is logged, names blur on shared screens, and the patient's tracking page shows no personal details at all.

AES-256 at restAudit logPrivacy mode
Clarity over volumeNobody has to ask where a case stands

Urgency is visible at a glance, status moves through the same five stages for both offices, and the patient reads each one in plain language.
